A morning of explorative yoga, guided meditation, breathwork & a crystal singing bowls healing sound bath to expand your practice & lift your spirits. The option of an additional massage and other holistic therapies.

Suitable for all levels and experience .

The plan for the morning is:
9.00 – doors open
9.30 – welcome circle and pranayama to open the chakra
9.45 – guided meditation to balance your energy and bring your mind and body into harmony.
10.15 – nurturing yoga to lift your spirits, Sivananda and flow sequences to raise your energy levels and balances to calm your emotions and bring clarity to your thoughts.
11.45 – sound bath using the healing energy of pure crystal singing bowls.
12.15 – closing circle and refreshments

The venue is less than 10 minutes walk from Brighton station and 2 minutes from North Road car park (day rate is £9 if you park by 9 am)
