Guided you to suit your goals and health issues, private tuition ensures you get the maximum benefit from your yoga and work at a pace that suits you. 75 minutes ensures you a full hour of developing your yoga practise and time for a restorative relaxation.

Introduction to Yoga
The perfection session for those keen to try yoga for the first time. A gentle introduction to asanas (movements), breathing techniques and relaxation that will give you an idea of the practices of yoga and a glimpse of the many benefits they can bring. A friendly and relaxed class suitable for all levels of fitness and mobility and all ages. An introductory course of 6 classes is a great way to build a foundation for your yoga practice.

Workplace Yoga
This session takes a practical, no-nonsense approach to bringing the benefits of yoga to where you really need it – at your desk. You will learn simple techniques and short sequences of movements which you can practice whilst working at your desk to relieve the stress, back pain and discomfort associated with desk work. Achieve great and immediate results in very little time!

Hatha Yoga
This is a gentle, slow paced mat-based class with lots of stretching, breathing and relaxation which brings a sense of well-being to the body and mind. You will be challenged only as far as you feel is beneficial for you and is suitable for all levels and mixed groups. Hatha yoga is a great introduction to yoga asana work (the exercise movements) and a great all round class for regular yoga practice.

Flowing sequences of asanas on the breath create a full work out, strengthening and toning your body whilst giving all the benefits of a traditional yoga class.

Children’s Yoga Zoo
Children have their own emotional and physical challenges to face and yoga can be an invaluable tool in their development. Yoga Zoo is a fun and imaginative class based around the story of a trip to the zoo. Asanas become enactments of animals from gorillas to elephants and crocodiles… come along a meet the animals in the Zoo!
