This session takes a practical, no-nonsense approach to bringing the benefits of yoga to where you really need it – at your desk. Achieve great and immediate results in very little time!

Hatha Yoga
This is a gentle, slow paced mat-based class with lots of stretching, breathing and relaxation which brings a sense of well-being to the body and mind. Hatha yoga is a great introduction to yoga asana work (the exercise movements) and a great all round class for regular yoga practice.

Children’s Yoga Zoo
Children have their own emotional and physical challenges to face and yoga can be an invaluable tool in their development. Yoga Zoo is a fun and imaginative class based around the story of a trip to the zoo.
